Ann Olugbile

As business operations associate, Ann Olugbile’s work focuses on refining and optimizing Civilla’s internal processes. She handles the day-to-day operations and ensures the Civilla team has everything they need to be productive and successful.

Ann comes to Civilla with nearly a decade of experience as a process specialist at AT&T. She’s known for her ability to bring a fresh take to operational challenges and simplify process flows big and small.

From design and technology, to meditation to Reiki—Ann’s passionate about learning new things because she says it challenges her existing beliefs and perspectives. She’s certified in a number of business analyst systems (including SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel). She earned a BA in fashion design and merchandising from Wayne State University, an MA in arts administration from Eastern Michigan University, and a racial and social justice certification from Union Theological Seminary.

On top of all that, Ann’s also a writer—she’s been journaling since the age of 6 and hopes to publish her work one day.
